SinoSano 是信息与协调层，不是医院，也不提供医疗行为。我们处理的信息限于维持站点功能所需的浏览与账户数据、你主动提交的陪诊申请，以及订阅所需的支付凭证。SinoSano is an information and coordination layer — not a hospital, and it does not practise medicine. We handle only the browsing and account data needed to run the site, the companion applications you submit, and the payment credentials your subscription requires.

本政策适用于 SinoSano 站点（面向海外患者及家属的中国心理健康就医导航与跨境陪诊平台），由温州华弥电子商务有限公司（浙江省温州市）运营。This policy applies to the SinoSano site, operated by Wenzhou Huami E-commerce Co., Ltd. (Wenzhou, Zhejiang, China).
SinoSano 不是医院，也不提供医疗行为。 它是信息与协调层：让中国的医疗体系对国际读者变得可读，并协助安排行程与语言支持。站点内容不能替代正式医疗意见、危机干预或机构官方确认。SinoSano is not a hospital and does not practise medicine. It is an information and coordination layer: it makes China's healthcare system legible to international readers and helps arrange travel and language support. Nothing here replaces formal medical advice, crisis intervention, or an institution's own confirmation.

三、关于敏感健康信息3. A Note on Sensitive Health Information

Open text fields may be read by third-party services, such as whichever AI assistant you choose to open.
涉及敏感情况时，更适合通过专业医生、机构官方渠道或线下可信支持获取帮助。For sensitive situations, it is better to seek help through a qualified doctor, an institution's official channels, or trusted offline support.
四、陪诊匹配与联系方式4. Companion Matching and Contact Details
陪诊师与患者的联系方式在匹配确认前严格脱敏；确认后双方在站内沟通并留痕，以降低私下交易与隐私风险。Contact details are strictly masked until a match is confirmed; after that, the two sides communicate in-site and the exchange is recorded, to reduce the risk of off-platform dealing and privacy loss.
平台不收取陪诊服务费，也不做担保交易。 费用、时间与服务范围由用户与陪诊师直接协商，平台不是协议方。The platform takes no fee for companion services and does not act as escrow. Cost, timing, and scope are negotiated directly between you and the companion; the platform is not a party to that agreement.
五、广告与 Cookie5. Advertising and Cookies
- 站点的内容页可能通过 Google AdSense 展示广告。我们尽量避免在低价值、过渡型或纯工具页面投放。Advertising may appear on content pages via Google AdSense. We try to keep it off low-value, transitional, and purely tool-like pages.
- Pro 订阅用户全站不显示广告。Pro subscribers see no ads site-wide.
- 你可以结合站内提示与浏览器设置管理相关偏好；不同浏览器清除 Cookie 与广告偏好的方式不同。You can manage these preferences via on-site notices and your browser settings; how cookies and ad preferences are cleared varies by browser.
六、AI 助手6. AI Assistants
站点提供的是一键跳转到你常用的 AI 助手（ChatGPT、Claude、Perplexity、Google、Grok），并预填与机构或城市相关的问题语境。这些助手在各自平台上运行，不在 SinoSano 站内。The site offers a one-click jump to whichever AI assistant you use (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Google, Grok), pre-filled with context about the institution or city. Those assistants run on their own platforms, not inside SinoSano.
因此你在其中的输入受那些服务的隐私政策约束。我们不会把你在本网站输入的内容自动发送给任何 AI 助手。Anything you type there is therefore subject to those services' own privacy policies. We do not automatically forward what you enter on this site to any AI assistant.
七、你的选择7. Your Choices
- 在账户中心解绑第三方登录方式（需至少保留一种）。Unlink a third-party sign-in method from your account (at least one must remain).
- 取消订阅或管理支付方式——通过 PayPal 进行，站点不存储完整卡号。Cancel a subscription or manage payment methods — through PayPal; full card numbers are never stored here.
- 管理浏览器中的 Cookie 与广告偏好。Manage cookie and advertising preferences in your browser.
- 撤回陪诊申请、删除已提交信息，或删除账户——发送邮件至 eggwhite@foxmail.com。Withdraw a companion application, have submitted information removed, or delete your account — email eggwhite@foxmail.com.
八、政策更新8. Changes to This Policy
我们可能随产品变化更新本政策，并修订页首的「最后更新」日期。若变更涉及处理范围的实质增加，我们会在站内提示。We may update this policy as the product changes and revise the "Last updated" date above. Material increases in what we process will be flagged on-site.
